As a frequent traveler, Trail Head BBQ Bar is my go-to place to grab a quick bite at SeaTac airport.  Their foods are ok, nothing special, but the location is very ideal as it is located right next to the main TSA security checkpoint in the center of the airport. Because of the location, there are always a full of customers dining in but wait times are usually pretty quick and services are relatively fast. During the pandemic, they removed a few tables to give a bit more spacing between the tables.  During my recent visit in November of 2022, I noticed that they continue to sanitize the tables every time the customers dine in and leave.  Thanks to Trail Head BBQ Bar! They have a simple menu.  I think I have tried almost everything on the menu, and my favorite is BBQ St. Louis Style Ribs.  It comes with a half rack of ribs and a choice of two sidekicks for $21.95.  They have typical side kicks you can find from anywhere like potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, mac n' cheese, and potato chips. Now to the food - all the ribs, potato salad, and mac n' cheese weren't anything special, and the portion was a bit smaller.   I know their foods are just ok and don't meet or exceed my expectations, however, because of the limited food options available at the airport, I will probably visit again to grab a bite before the long flight. P.S. They don't serve a glass of tap water for free.  They only serve bottled water for $3.85.

A solid choice for breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads, and brews. The service here is generally very quick and friendly. With the LoungeKey from premium MasterCard accounts, you can get $26 off your bill per person (for up to 2 diners). Word is that this location will be closing in early December 2022 and the workers will be moving over to a new location in the same terminal area. Supposedly, the same LoungeKey benefits can be used at the new location.

Came here twice using my Priority pass while going through the airport. Each time, wait times were quick and service relatively fast as well. Inside there are not many frills. Seating is small tables and hard chairs, not the kind of place that you'd want to relax and linger. Don't expect to find places to charge things. They have some TV's if you're trying to catch a sports game. This establishment has a large drink list of beers and cocktails. They also have some choices for non-drinkers too. Food: what we had was "ok", not the best bbq ever but certainly palatable. Some food is packaged (chips, cookies)

Rounding up from 3.5 stars. This place is located in an airport so the price is all jacked up. I came here last week as I was flying home from some business meetings. The location has seating inside but I took my meal to go. Service was quick and efficient. I ordered the granite mountain sandwich with a side of coleslaw. The sandwich and side are under $20 bucks but a drink takes you over $25. The sandwich itself was great! The coleslaw is mayo based which made it really good. I like the food and would suggest it.

Was walking by the terminal on the way to my gate when I saw Trail Head BBQ and a few signs for priority pass. I quickly checked on my phone to confirm Trail Head was a part of priority pass before I went in. I mentioned I had priority pass. Staff led me to a table and handed me a menu. They came by later to scan my QR code for priority pass and boarding pass. I got to order $28 worth of food. I decided to get a chicken Caesar salad, bottled coke, and bottled water. Ended up being around ~$22. Salad itself wasn't too bad. When I was ready to "pay", staff handed me a receipt mentioning food is paid for, but tip isn't. Was kind of hinting to tip. I read in some Priority Pass posts saying many people don't tip. Nonetheless, was in a decent mood, so left a 5 for the staff. Seemed to be super happy with it. All in all, good pit stop for priority pass!
